Meredith, embroidery newbie, here. Did you hand stitch or use a machine to embroider? I have a “normal” singer. With the appropriate thread and needle, am I able to use my machine (for the straight stitching at least)? Thanks!ReplyCancel

  I guess the straight stitching is actually considered “quilting” and not “embroidering.” Still, is it possible to use a normal machine with the thicker thread to accomplish this look?ReplyCancel

    I’m not sure that you could do the running stitch style quilting on a machine, but a straight stitch would work if you want to do that. :) ReplyCancel
