I cannot believe how big Layla is! I want to do a pillow too!
Are you needlepointing? Also, yes. Layla is growing so much! She’s grown more than 4 inches this year alone.
I have not tried needlepointing, I think it is beautiful though! Layla is so beautiful! That last picture is so sweet!
So, so, so beautiful! I love it Meredith, and you shall cherish it for years to come!
the finished product is so lovely! i adore the velveteen you chose to back the bolster. my parents bought me this kit for christmas and i am finally finding time to start it. did you stitch yours on a tapestry frame? i don’t own one and am debating whether it would be worth purchasing before i begin this project. i just want to do right by the gorgeous materials and pattern. :) again, great job!

Gorgeous pillow! Definitely worth any frustration it may have caused, the finished product is a real show stopper.
Beautiful!!!! Have you taken a trip to Needlepoint Ivy in Venice yet? They have wonderful handpainted canvases. Well worth a look!
