You know the awesome thing about reprints? They give this sudden urge and freedom to stop hoarding the original. Such was the case with my one yard cut of Liberty’s Tresco, now that the print has been added to the Contemporary Classics collection. I tossed around a few ideas at the beginning of the month...

So cute! I love the mini Catarina – such a great way to test out a fabric/pattern combo. It’s almost like doing a half-scale model, but actually useful! Totally agree with sewing as a dose of sanity. I never feel quite like myself when I’m not making things.
I thought you were going to share a nursing hack – that dress could totally work for nursing with some easy modifications to the under layer!!
But yeah. One yard wouldn’t cut it ;-)
Layla’s dress is awesome and it’s great that she’ll get a couple of years out of it. Maybe after she outgrows it, you can turn it into a skirt. Or a pillow….. :-)
