Flowers are my favorite, and the sort that is printed on fabric and will never die is the next best thing to nature’s real version. Check out my maxi dress covered in blooms!
I enjoy reading your notes on what works for you and what doesn’t. I am just starting sewing for myself and I like the thought of adapting patterns to not only fit but be comfortable to wear.ReplyCancel
Why do simple tasks get put on the back burner? I couldn’t tell you, but this one is finally finished and ready to wear, and you have to check it out! It’s a dream dress!

The bodice is lined. The skirt is not just because it’s full and dark and unneeded but I line almost every garment I make, lawn or not, with Kaufman Vanessa silky voile because it is high quality and behaves just like the lawn. :) ReplyCancel
