i think i am a little of both…some things i need to be intentional about and other times i can be spontaneous. great example: my new habit is that if i am watching tv, i have to be hand sewing or knitting. that is intentional! but, i still had time yesterday to whip up a pencil pouch for kate. totally spontaneous – she picked out the fabric and i had it sewn up an hour later. i think the key is balance for me.
