So cute! I love the mini Catarina – such a great way to test out a fabric/pattern combo. It’s almost like doing a half-scale model, but actually useful! Totally agree with sewing as a dose of sanity. I never feel quite like myself when I’m not making things.

Layla’s dress is awesome and it’s great that she’ll get a couple of years out of it. Maybe after she outgrows it, you can turn it into a skirt. Or a pillow….. :-)
