Use this tutorial to create a perfectly pintucked pillow to freshen up your space.
The last time I wrote in 2017, I mentioned that we had made a counter offer on a home and it was rejected. But thankfully we had a great realtor who refused to give up, and she fought tooth and nail to get a deal for us. We have been in our new house since...
Recently I was commissioned by a good client of mine to make some pillows for a friend of hers. She explained that her friend lost her 10 year old daughter to cancer, and that her daughter’s favorite things were unicorns and rainbows. She saw my Pegasus pillow and asked if I was up for the...
Today is my stop on the Hawthorne Threads Oh What Fun blog hop. I have been so excited to make some things to share with you because Christmas is my absolute favorite. My maternal grandmother was a direct descendant of Mrs. Claus, I am sure. She had a tree in every room in her house,...
For us in the Antipodes, Christmas is a sunny affair with barbeques and games at the beach or lake. After delicious food all day it’s lovely to lie on the grass to spot comets and planets after the sun has gone down. I can definitely see a light quilt made from Oh What Fun fabric – Christmas theme in summery colours – tucked around some sleepy heads as the day endsReplyCancel

Hi, thanks for the review! I have a question about this machine. I know it comes with a 1/4 inch foot and I know you can move the needle to the right from the 3.5 center position to a 4. Does that give you a good scant 1/4 inch seam or does the needle move a bit too much? I tested one today and didn’t have a ruler to measure that scant seam. I love the thread cutter!ReplyCancel
@christine.higgins hi there! So I am obsessed with this machine. I get a perfect 1/4″ on the machine. I do not use the 1/4″ foot- I actually use the A foot on 3.5 position or the walking foot on 4 or 4.5″. The tension on the machine is perfect every single time I use it. If I can answer any other questions please feel free to ask. ReplyCancel
