I love them! And since its going to be hot for a few more months here, I’m looking this pattern up to see if I have enough fabric in the stash to sew me a pair!
I wear the XS, and I don’t know about how different the sizing is (I don’t think its terribly much), for the outer fabric it takes 1 yard of 44″ fabric OR about 1/2″ yr of 56-60″ fabric. To make the shorts like I did (which is a bagillion times easier), you’ll just need to get the same amount for the lining. All in all, I’ve been able to make each pair for less than $20.
