so, i know this is an older post, but my vote is twin sized! you will love LOVE the folksy flannel quilt and will thank yourself for ages come her teenager years when she is done with it and you are cuddling with it on the couch!! :) i made my daughter a twin sized one (on my blog- too lazy to look up the link) and she loves it. i love it.
