Hey there! I have an ironing board cover tutorial on my sidebar, which I used as a guideline. The only thing I would add that greatly helps the folding and stitching around the curved sections is stitching long basting stitches around the line you want to fold and then some more about a 1/4″ away (closer to the raw edge) so you can pull the stitches on the outer row to gather the material for folding, pressing, and stitching. That extra step makes a huge difference! Let me know if you would like me to revise my tutorial for you to include this.
