What beautiful quilts! I love your usage of Liberty prints. But when do they NOT go together well? Those will be well loved and cherished quilts, as will other coordinating projects along the way. My two girls love to have coordinating costumes! Congratulations! They are beautiful!

I’m actually spoiled rotten with a local thread shop that carries everything from Perle cotton to embroidery floss, cross stitch patterns, and other needlework supplies. I know some big box stores carry a small selection of Perle cotton too. :)
I had a quilting friend tell me if you want the kids to absolutely love their quilts don’t put batting in them and put minky on the back. It works. I just use a spray baste and the quilting is a breeze! My granddaughters (6 and 2) just love them.
