I found the perfect shorts for ladies that are curvy on bottom, and finally used up some long hoarded fabric in the process!

Great shorts, lovely piece of sewing. I’m glad you had success with the anti-inflammatory diet. Please tell me more. What foods do you eliminate or eat less of? Thanks
Hey there! Thank you! I discovered that I had symptoms consistent with Hashimoto’s disease everyday, all the time. I have entirely cut gluten, soy (a huge trigger of pain and bloating for me!), most dairy, and most all sugar. It was a lot at first and I felt very ragey, but I learned a lot and I now feel so much better and I don’t live in a fog. Soy is the biggest trigger for me. I can’t have peas either. I don’t have any gluten or any substitutes for it, and that has left me feeling so much better. I do have a small bit of dairy (some cream here or there in my coffee), but that isn’t as big of a trigger for me as it is for others. I think cutting sugar helped a ton with weight loss. I have fresh fruit smoothies every day, and my body craves them. I usually have a 1/4-1/2 pineapple, and some mango and berries. I read a lot from Dr. Isabella Wentz on the subject of healing Hashimotos with proper eating, and its made a huge difference for me. Plus, cutting food groups is a million times easier than counting calories!
What pattern did you use for the shorts? Very cute!
They are the Chataigne Shorts by Deer and Doe. :)
Thank you
