While we are getting started on this new shop platform, we are only shipping within the United States. Your order will be sent via USPS, unless otherwise stated. Please contact us if you need your order expedited, and we will set up a custom listing for that service.
At this time, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas because of slowdowns affecting all of the United States Postal Service.
Orders below $85 ship for a flat rate of $8, and orders over $85 ship for free.
If you need to cancel an order, it must be done within an hour of purchase or before a shipping notification is sent. Please contact us right away if you need to cancel.
Returns/refunds are not accepted unless there is a defect to your item, and we must be notified within 7 days of receiving your item. If a defect is discovered, we will offer a replacement or refund once the item has been returned to us. Customer is responsible for return postage. Refunds will not be given on items that have normal wear and tear or have been abused.
