After looking through all my unfinished quilts, I decided its about time for me to stock up on batting. I ordered a 90″ by 40 yard role of Warm and Natural – that’s my very favorite. When I got back from getting some Perle 5s to finish my Spinning Stars Quilt, that wonderful, giant box was waiting for me at the door.

I ran up to my local thread shop, The Golden Needle, and got the Perle 5s I needed. I should know better, since I’ve had to stock up a few times, but I forgot to keep the color number, so when I got there, I didn’t know what color purple I needed. That is why I ended up with the wrong color. Go me.

I need to go get some dinner, but I’ll try to get back on here tomorrow to give you an update on my quilt.
