I started quilting this Love quilt yesterday. The quilt top is from Amy Butler’s Love home decor line. I’ve started this quilting just to make a few of the designs pop, so I’ve actually only joined the top and batting at this point. when I’m ready to do the bulk of the quilting – the quilting that I actually want to be visible from the back – I’ll pin up the back and start the regular quilting.

I don’t want to reveal the whole quilt just yet, so I’m only giving you a small glimpse to tease you for a bit. I can tell you its going to be a beauty. This line is so full of color, and I’m using a gorgeous navy voile to tone down the back. I think its the perfect shade to complement the line.
