As I sat down at my computer today, I realized that I really needed to restock on some fabric. Thankfully, I’ve been doing some business in the shop, so I was able to order all that I needed for now. I’ve been looking at the quilt tops hanging on my walls, waiting to be completed and sold in the shop. So with a nearly empty bank account, I can now say the finishing of those quilts is now in sight. Also, I’m very excited to say that I ordered an additional 11 yards of fabric to make a very special quilt that I drew up sometime last year. I will be making more baby quilts as well; the store really could use some more diversity.

Anyway, I am very excited, and I just needed to tell someone. Plus, spreading excitement seems to soften the blow of spending a large amount of money… but that’s the way money goes… What can I say?
