Stashing it up

I did a little online shopping this week and stashed some great fabrics.

I’ve been eyeing this Anna Maria fabric for a long time, but without a particular project in mind, I haven’t gotten any. When I found it at a rock bottom price, I knew I couldn’t pass it up.

I already have a good stash of Innocent Crush velveteens, but I recently came across a project I must try, so I got several more yards. I’m going to have to get 10 more before I can start, and though I know I won’t be tackling this project anytime soon, the fabric isn’t going to go bad sitting in my studio waiting for me to get the remaining yardage.

The last fabric I got was this Miscellany print. I got several fat quarters from the line from Sundara fabrics at a recent quilt show, and since I know I’ll probably make a quilt with it, I’m bound to need backing as well.

I’m going to another quilt show today, so I’ll probably have more fabric to show you before the week is up.
