Well I don’t know if I should really call it this, but I’m taking a short break to blog, since cutting fabric is really starting to wear on me after doing it for 5 hours or so.

Okay, so what’s the good news?

The good news is, I have something very special in the works for you! I am currently working on one very top secret, super confidential project, but I am also working on a couple of other things, as I almost always need to be working on a second [possibly third] project when I need a break from the current one. Well that was a mouthful.

How about a glimpse of the blueprints?

Here I have two quilts that I designed last year, and have only started to make now. I should be ashamed, I know. But you, my friend, are going to get the chance to take a whack at it too, as both of these beauties will be available in the shop as PDFs ready for download. My patterns, your work. I’m currently working on completing both of these, just so you have a way of knowing how these patterns look as the finished result. The first is nearing completion and I’m ecstatic with the look, and the second is still in the cutting phase, and is in fact the same one I really need a break from. Do know, it is taking me forever because I’m busy chasing around my almost-one-year-old and muscles in my body that I didn’t know existed are sore due to my P90x workout yesterday sucking away my quilting motivation, but any sane person with an afternoon should be able to get through it just fine. :D
