For the past couple of weeks, I have been racking my brain trying to come up with the perfect sized little clutch for a woman on the go who doesn’t like to carry a load of stuff everywhere. This bag needed to carry everything you need and only that- just the keys, the credit card(s) and/or cash, and the cell. If you’re like me, you walk into the store, pockets stuffed with phone and credit card, keys around my finger, and a baby on the hip. Wouldn’t it just be easier to carry one little bag big enough to hold those things, and that a lady could entertain her child with, and not have to worry about looking like she has odd growths coming out of her hip or butt from the keys? Well I thought so. And so my mind reeled and the development of the JWYN Wristlet began.

Attempt 1 was a squared pleated clutch. I liked the shape but it was missing something.

Prototype 2 was a nice idea, but it just wasn’t what I was looking for.

Bag number 3 was too much like clutch, and a bit large.

Try 4 was a nice shape, but much too small.

Attempt 5 turned out to be just what I was looking for. A blend of prototypes 1 and 2 turned out to be just right. I was a good size to hold just what you need, and had the qualities for the cute factor I was trying to achieve.
