Well I finished the Key Keepers for my friends. I told you they would be cute!!

And then I made a little something for me. I will say, patchwork is so much more fun and worthwhile on a quilt. I got a little frustrated working with this bag. But that could be because I had a nine month old screaming at me the entire time, only to totally not care once I gave her attention. I have figured out that that’s one of the quirks of momhood. They only want your attention when you are otherwise occupied….

Anyway, I have been having a blast with Amy Butler‘s Style Stitches. I highly recommend it. I have not been able to put it down and I’ve had it for a few weeks now. Its the perfect boredom solving book for crafters and women that love bags that don’t look like everyone else’s.
