I would like to announce that I am finally on Facebook and still considering Twitter. I’m stepping out into the real world and realizing that I must promote in order for more than a select few people to know about Olivia Jane Handcrafted. And I’m excited about it.

Update on the “Just What You Need” Bag: Still working on my second prototype. I want it to be perfect for you!!! But again, stay tuned for the unveiling, which will hopefully happen some time in the coming week.  I will give you a brief description of what you can expect, however. This bag is, as its name implies, intended to carry just what you need when you are out and about and not wanting to carry everything but your toilet plunger. This simple, chic clutch is perfect for holding just your credit card(s), keys, and your phone, even if it is one as large as an iPhone or Droid. This bag is also perfect for keeping your little one distracted when you are on the go; I let Layla Grace hold mine when we are in the store and the zipper seems to do just the trick in keeping her occupied while I frantically race to grab what I need before she notices all the other stuff in the store. That’s all I’ll say for the time being as I will need to have something to write about next week when I unveil the finished product.
