I finished my Orangle Peel Pillow today. I took my time on quilting it and I’m so happy with the result. Here are a few shots of the details:

I used the solids from the Scallop Quilt and used a large scale print from Anna Maria’s LouLouThi as the focus fabric. I also used this fabric to back the pillow.

I chose to do a zipper closure on the bag rather than using an invisible zipper at the bottom, simply because I think it creates a cleaner look. I used an orange zipper from ZipIt on Etsy.

I’m so thrilled with this pillow and I can’t wait to finish my Scallop Quilt so I can pair these two up!
