Gosh, I love these.

I had to have Emilee (aren’t her pictures beautiful?) take the pictures to do the blocks justice. I mean, I think I picked the perfect combo in combining Camille’s Swoon Quilt with Lotta’s Echo.

I made the three of these blocks this weekend, and they came together so easily. The directions were so straightfoward, and I didn’t encounter a single issue.

And now that I have my three blocks complete, I’m already so impatient to get the others back from my Bee girls (and none of them have even received the fabric yet!). I’m not so good at waiting, but I simply have no choice, so I’m going to have to suck it up and just adore the three blocks I do have for the time being.

But seriously! Isn’t this quilt going to be amazing?!

I know I sound a bit excited, but I was a little jumpy when I discovered a wood spider above our front door. I HATE spiders. Especially the humongus wood spiders that seem to love our house. I killed that thing with my Greenworks all purpose cleaner and a laser. It took a while, but atleast I didn’t have to go into hand to hand combat. Getting too close, wondering when that thing will lunge and eat you is the worst, so I took a distant approach and I’m happy to say it worked well. Whew. I think I’m going to go chill out a little and let my heart rate simmer down a bit.
