Catching up Instagram style

So I’m totally not the blogger to use Instagram for my blog, but I’m making an exception today since that’s pretty much the only way I’ve been able to take pictures lately. This holiday season is crazy busy!

First up, I want to show you the completed stack of Liberty bags I made for Boca Grande Outfitters. I’m totally head over heels in love with them and so happy I made one for myself!

Next, I have to show you these stunning cowls that a dear friend surprised me with. They are gray toned matching cowls for me and Layla, and they are made of the softest wool I’ve ever touched. This was by far the most beautiful and thoughtful gift I’ve ever been given, and I’m so blessed to have such a kind friend.

I also started on a gift for a friend of mine who just had her first child. On the off chance she’s reading this, I won’t reveal what it is that I’m making, but I’ll show you the patchwork portion. I just love Little Folks!

And finally, I have a sort of before picture. This is what my living room/dining room look like at the moment. My landlord was so great to let us rip up the rank thirty year old carpet that brought great shame to me and it’s being replaced with some gorgeous laminate wood! So that’s my Christmas gift! I can’t wait to take pictures of it!

I think that should just about catch you up for today. I’ll try to have a better post written up for you tomorrow!

Have a beautiful Wednesday!
